The ICC T20 World Cup 2024, the ninth edition of the biennial Twenty20 International cricket tournament organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC), is set to take place from June 1-29, 2024. For the first time, the prestigious event will be co-hosted by the West Indies and the United States, with matches spanning across 55 games featuring 20 participating teams.

The ICC T20 World Cup 2024 will witness a record 20 teams vying for the coveted title, an expansion from the previous edition’s 16-team roster. The top 8 teams from the 2022 tournament, along with the two host nations, have automatically qualified, while the remaining 10 teams secured their spots through regional qualifiers, including debutants Canada and Uganda, as well as the co-host United States.

PARTICIPATING TEAMS
